More than 20 Heads of State have already confirmed their participation in the special ceremony to be held on Friday 12 November 2021 in Room 1, starting at 4:00 p.m., in the presence of several artists, including Forest Whitaker,
Renaud Capuçon, Angelique Kidjo, Aryana Sayeed, Farrah el Dibany, the group Joussour, Ray Lema and Laurent de Wilde. Several exceptional guests and artists will also be present via video.
